Our board practice works with nominations committees, shareholders and owner families. Most mandates are for chairs and senior independent directors, followed by committee chairs for audit, remuneration and risk.
What we do differently
We begin with a short, confidential review of the current board. It tells us which skills are missing, which are duplicated and where the next appointment will change the conversation in the room.
Every chair search is led personally by a partner, from the first briefing to the final reference.
