From candidates, the details you send us or that are publicly available in a professional context, such as your career history and contact details.
From clients, the names and contact details of the people we work with on a search.
From visitors, basic technical data needed to run this website securely.
To run executive searches, to contact you about suitable roles if you have agreed to it, and to meet our legal obligations.
Candidate data relating to a specific search is deleted six months after the search closes, unless you ask us to keep it longer. Profiles shared for future roles are kept for twelve months.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
