Four things we hold ourselves to on every search, and that you are entitled to ask us about.
One call, with a reason
A partner calls you once and tells you why. If the answer is no, we do not call again about the same role.
The client’s name comes later
You learn who the client is once you have agreed to keep it confidential, never in the first message.
A partner reads every application
Applications are not screened by software. The partner leading the search reads each one.
You hear back either way
If you are not shortlisted, we tell you, usually within ten working days.
A word on fraud.
We never ask for money
No fee, deposit or payment of any kind, at any stage, for any role.

Not before an offer, not for travel expenses, not for a background check.
