A CEO search fails quietly when the board and the shareholders want different people.
Thomas leads our chief executive practice and our work in the German-speaking market. He has placed chief executives in listed companies, private equity portfolios and family-owned groups.
He spent fifteen years in general management in the building products industry before moving into search in 2012. He joined Quenby & Co. as a partner in 2017.
How he works
Thomas writes the brief only after he has heard the same answer from the chair and the largest shareholder. If they disagree, the search waits.
