In a family business the search starts at the kitchen table, not in the boardroom.
Mathilde leads our work with industrial and family-owned companies in France, Germany and Switzerland. Much of it concerns succession, the moment a founder or a second generation hands the business to someone outside the family.
She spent twelve years in operations at an engineering group in Lyon before joining search. She has been a partner at Quenby & Co. since 2016.
How she works
Mathilde spends the first two weeks of a succession mandate with the family, separately and together. She will not start a longlist until everyone agrees on what the business needs next.
