Most finance searches are really about the next three years of the business, not the last three of the candidate.
Daniel leads our finance practice. He places group CFOs, finance directors and audit committee chairs, usually at a moment of change such as a refinancing, a sale process or a first listing.
He qualified as a chartered accountant and spent nine years in transaction services before moving into search in 2014. He joined Quenby & Co. as a partner in 2018.
How he works
Daniel builds every longlist from the inside of the finance function outwards. He speaks to the people who would report to the new CFO before he speaks to any candidate.
