Situation
A private hospital group with fourteen sites needed a group medical director to strengthen clinical governance ahead of a regulatory inspection cycle.
Approach
We referenced every shortlisted candidate with consultants, nurses and junior doctors as well as with former chief executives. Two candidates were withdrawn on the strength of those clinical references.
