The quiet weeks between offer and start

Most failed appointments do not fail in the interview. They fail in the three months before the first day.

Senior notice periods are long. Three to six months is common, and a great deal can happen in that time. Counter offers, doubts and changes at the new employer all test an appointment before it begins.

We stay in touch throughout. A short call every two weeks, an early meeting with the future team and a clear plan for the first ninety days make a measurable difference.

A shared first week

We ask clients to plan the first week together with the new leader, not for them. It is a small gesture that tells a new chief executive or CTO they have joined a team, not inherited a problem.
